- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have had nothing but problems from this agency. We had them for 2 years and was the worst experience ever. First year we setup auto renew and they never processed it. They canceled our insurance but never let us know until it was canceled. We updated our address for mailing on the second year and they canceled our insurance again because they did not setup up auto renew. They sent the notification to our previous address. When you call they just give you excuses and provided no customer service. Don't go with them they are not out to protect you and your property!by Kevin GoodwinMay 18, 2017
