  I have taken my cat Myst there since she was a kitten she was a rescue cat and does not like strangers. They understand her and that special cat personality. Lisa Marie gets her and that means the world to me and Myst. They love the animals and it shows. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

  On a Friday evening, our cat some how got her let entangled in a blanket.We phoned a few vets but they had no appointments. Finally, I found Russell Lake Animal Hospital on the web. They said to bring her in right away, examined her, relieved her pain and gave us directions to bring her back in for an x-ray. The vet even gave us her phone number if we needed her during the night. We thought that was awfully kind. Thank you for your care!
